Younger Americans are twice as likely to make New Year’s resolutions than older Americans.  A new Marist College Poll shows nearly 60-percent of Americans under the age of 45 plan on these resolutions, while just 28-percent of people over 45 will do so. 

The top resolution made in this poll for 2012 is weight loss, as is the case almost every year!
