Many may not have liked Nicki Minaj’s performance at the Grammys, but it seems the NBA wasn’t one of those haters.
PB Pulse reported the “Super Bass” singer has been selected with a list of other performers to sing at this year’s NBA All-Star Game.
According to Billboard, those who will join Minaj in Orlando on Feb. 24 include Pitbull, Ne-Yo, and Mary J. Blige. Travie McCoy’s Gym Class Heroes and J.Cole have been scheduled to perform at a pre-game concert Sunday night.
However, the day before the All-Star game, Common, Ne-Yo, The Voice season one singer Javier Colon, comedian Kevin Hart, WNBA player Tamika Catchings, actor JB Smoove and the Jersey Shore’s Vinny Guadagnino will compete in the All-Star Celebrity Game. The coaches efor that game are Oklahoma City Thunder player Kevin Durant and Orlando Magic’s Dwight Howard.
Last year, Canadian tween pop sensation Justin Bieber made a big impression at the games with his eight points, four assists and two rebounds, which helped him become the game’s MVP player.
