Pop star Justin Bieber has reportedly taken a DNA test in his hopes to finally end a paternity claim made by a 20-year-old woman. TMZ.com says the 17-year-old singer submitted DNA samples at a New Jersey lab Friday under what’s being described as “very controlled circumstances.” Mariah Yeater claims the singer is the father of her four-month-old son. Although, she recently dropped her paternity lawsuit against the pop star, she is reportedly looking to settle the matter out of court. Justin’s legal team says it will not settle or even discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer. The singer says he’s never even met Yeater who claims her son was born out of a 30-second encounter she had with Bieber after one of his concerts in Los Angeles last year.
Now that Bieber has delivered on his promise to take a DNA test, Yeater will now have to provide results from her baby. Bieber has promised to sue Yeater and her lawyers once the tests prove that he’s not the father.
