A tweet on “Today’s” twitter page says fans began lining up on Thursday to see Chris at New York’s Rockefeller Plaza.  It’s only the fourth time in the history of the show’s concert series that fans have begun lining up a day in advance.  Bruce Springsteen had fans in line a day early back in 2007, while Coldplay did it in 2008.  Lady Gaga also had supporters lining up one day ahead of time last year.

Chris’ “Today” show performance will be his first visit to a morning show since his alleged outburst at ABC’s “Good Morning America” back in March.  Brown reportedly had a temper tantrum in his dressing room after he was asked about his relationship with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
