Lohan was fitted with an electronic ankle bracelet and released in less than an hour after arriving at the police station. There was no booking photo.  Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore told Access Hollywood that Lohan will be under house arrest, where she is “confined to the interior premises of her home at all times,” for about 35 days. The expected early release is the result of good behavior and budgetary constraints. Lindsay was sentenced to four months in jail after pleading no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace. She’s also serving 480 hours of community service at a downtown women’s shelter and the L.A. County morgue.  Lohan had until June 17th to turn herself in, and spent her last weekend of freedom clubbing in Miami.
