Leonardo DiCaprio’s restraining order against allegedly delusional fan Livia Bistriceanu has been made permanent.
The obsessed Chicago woman must stay at least 100 yards away from DiCaprio, his home, his workplace and his vehicle for the next three years.
A judge with the Los Angeles Superior Court modified what had been a temporary order, won last month by the Inception star.
As Gossip Cop reported at the time, DiCaprio says Bistriceanu “maintains a delusional belief that she is my wife and carrying my child, Jesus.”
The woman’s alleged behavior regularly caused DiCaprio anxiety.
“I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy,” he declared in court documents.
