According to the lawsuit, filed June 24, Playboy “has suffered, and will continue to suffer irreparable injury” from the alleged copyright violation, and demands that “all infringing works be recalled and destroyed.” The song Drake used is “Fallin’ in Love” by Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds from 1975 and was released on Playboy Records. The “Best I Ever Had” beat was made by some guy from Toronto named Boi-1da.
