G-Eazy came under fire earlier this year, after hopping on YG’s remix of “F**k Donald Trump.” In fact, just last week, he performed the controversial song during his performance at New Orleans’s Voodoo festival.
While some may feel he needs to leave his opinions on politics off of his records, G-Eazy has different perspective on his political responsibilities as an artist.
“It all depends on the artist.” G-Eazy said during an interview with Highsnobiety.com. “Everybody’s got something different to say, everybody sees the world a little differently, has different values, feels they have different responsibilities to the world. Again, it comes back to knowing yourself and knowing your role.”
G-Eazy will hit the stage along with many others at Radio Now’s 2016 Santa Slam Concert in Indy on December, 4th, 2016!
