Bush is currently under fire for an 2005 video that was released on Friday, he is heard laughing and agreeing with Mr. Trump as they have a disrespectful conversation about women.
In the video above, Trump is heard telling Bush, “I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait … And when you’re a star, they let you do it. Grab them by the p***y. You can do anything.”
Mr. Bush released a statement on Friday saying that he was “embarrassed and ashamed” of his role in the conversation.
“Obviously I’m embarrassed and ashamed. Bush said in his statement. It’s no excuse, but this happened 11 years ago — I was younger, less mature, and acted foolishly in playing along.”
Bush has yet to respond or put out a statement about his suspension.
