While being robbed at gun point in her hotel room on Sunday night in Paris, Kim Kardashian had nearly $11 million worth of jewelry stolen.
However, one of the more expensive pieces stolen from her, was a ring worth $4 million, which the police may be able to get back for her.
According to TMZ, the police report she filed includes the diamond’s inscription number and other markers that will raise red flags if it ends up on the market. Therefore, if her ring pops up for a cleaning, grading or possible sale, police are notified and called.
That being said, even if the alleged thieves do make a mistake and the police catch them, Kim K may not want the ring back at all.
Sources close to People, say she is blaming herself, which could be the reason she doesn’t want the ring back.
“Kim’s in shock and blaming herself. She’s tearing herself up that she Snapchatted the ring so much and wore it all the time. This incident is making her question everything. How she dresses, what she does,” a source close to the Kardashian family tells PEOPLE.
“Kanye wants to buy her the ring again but she just says she doesn’t want to think about it. He says he wants everything to go back to normal and for the incident to not affect their lives,” the source adds.
