47th NAACP Image Awards Presented By TV One - Press Room

The Black Panther film just got a lot more exciting now that Michael B. Jordan is a part of the project.

The Hollywood Reporter states that the 29-year-old actor is joining director Ryan Coogler‘s comic book film, Black Panther. Jordan will be joining Chadwick Boseman, who will be portraying the comic book superhero in the film, while actress Lupita Nyuong’o is reportedly in talks of being casted in the film as well.

According to the site, “It is unclear whom Jordan would play, but one source told THR that it could be a villain. Marvel had no comment.” The film is slated to premier in February 2018.
