Remember the good ole’ days in high school where rappers just randomly showed up at hangouts with your friends? Yea, we don’t either. But a group of lucky kids across the pond just lucked out.
Kendrick Lamar popped in on a group of unsuspecting teens at hip-hop workshop in Manchester, England during promo rounds for his new sneaker collaboration with Reebok. The talented teens were so inspired by Kendrick’s presence, they decided to try and impress the MC with a few bars. Next thing you know, Kendrick grabs the mic and it becomes a full-fledge cypher.
Not a bad look for Kendrick, especially considering how busy the Grammy winner is these days. His recent release untitled unmastered currently sits at number one on the charts, and he’s got some dope features lined up with Paliament and DJ Khaled.
