The response of an Indianapolis Kilroy’s managing partner to a customer is now going Viral.  Chris Burton was checking the comment section of the Kilroy’s Facebook page like usual late NYE night when he saw the feedback from, to say the least, an angry customer.  His response is now getting him attention not only in Indianapolis, but also in the UK!

Read the customer’s feedback below where she says her night was ruined because they had to see someone else’s unfortunate medical emergency.
