The Northeast Prevention Partnership and Drug Free Marion County congratulate the winners of the 2015 #DrugFree80 Poster Contest: Marchelle Brooks, 14; Aneysa Burnett, 13; and Kaylah Wolfork, 15. These three young women –all members of the Wheeler-Dowe branch of the Boys and Girls Club — were honored on Nov. 6, 2015 at a reception hosted by Radio One’s Brian James of WHHH Hot 96.3.

The Poster Contest was open to teens who are members of any local youth-serving agency. Participants designed posters to promote the #DrugFree80 campaign, created to let Indy kids know that 80 percent of Marion County teens have not used alcohol, marijuana or other drugs in the past month, according to student survey data.
Marchelle, Aneysa and Kaylah each received a gift card. Reception guests also stopped by a selfie station to share their reasons for being part of the #DrugFree80 campaign.
