All of us were stunned yesterday when the graphic new video of former Baltimore Raven’s star Ray Rice was released, showing him punch his then-fiancé (now wife) not once but TWICE and knocking her out in an Atlantic City elevator back in February. Now, his contract has been terminated by the Ravens and he has been suspended indefinitely from the NFL…and the issue of domestic abuse is FINALLY being brought to the forefront.

The statistics are jaw-dropping: 1 in 4 women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime, and every year over 3 million children witness domestic violence in their home.

But there is help out there.
