Well this is definately an awesome change for Amanda Bynes! Good for her!
Right before she started classes at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Orange County, she spent a week at the Miracles Utah Fitness Retreat earlier this month for an intense program that cost $3,250 and was made up of an intense nutrition and six-hour-a-day fitness program.
The owner of the facility had nothing but great things to say about Bynes:
“She wanted to focus on her health and getting her body back in shape. Her main goal was to lose 5 lbs. and she did. I think it was a really good experience for her. She participated in everything we did. She was always up in the morning even though she was tired.”
Her schedule fit her needs perfectly according to sources:
“It started at about 6:30 am every day with a healthy snack, followed by 90 minutes of cardio. Then, she had a healthy breakfast, followed by another 90-minute workout sesh that included yoga or Pilates. She then had lunch at noon, a class on body image and eating disorders, followed by another two-hour workout such as swimming or Zumba.”
Sounds super tiring, but if she gets through it, there’s no question she’ll be healthier! :)
