I didn’t either, but I still went and got it done.

But I have a few reasons that will make not going to the gym today a little better than usual.

There’s nothing wrong with moving your cheat day up a couple of days and just blowing today off. ;)  lol I kid I kid.

Anytime you can make it into the gym it always makes you feel better afterwards!

But there’s always little annoyances that go on in the gym, and sometimes those are enough to take a day to yourself.
