The Event…Penny Pickup 2011…The action NOW…The Purpose…Helping out the victims of Japan that have survived the Tsunami’s and Earthquakes yet have nothing to salvage and have to start their lives all over! With the help of The Salvation Army, Buffalo Wild Wings, Hubler, Simon Malls and Washington Square Mall we have definitely made a mark under the act of “Helping our fellow man”. Although we have started and have made a great thing happen in such a short time, we want to remind you that it is not over! The suffering and recovery for Japan and its people can not be fixed in 2 days or 2 weeks. We want to encourage you all to keep continuing to give what you can for a great cause.

Good news guys!

A new German study proves that creepily staring at a woman’s breasts is actually healthy!

500 men participated in the study, of which half were told to avoid looking at women’s breasts for 5 years, while the other half were told to oggle those suckers on the reg and guess what?

Men who took in the sights that the female chest has to offer more often had lower rates of heart problems, a lower resting heart rate, and lower blood pressure.

Who knew?

The authors of the study recommend guys take in about ten minutes of ta-ta’s a day to stay “healthy”.

So next time your wife or girlfriend catch you sneaking a peek at a passing pair of boobs, remind her you’re only doing it for your health! Ha!

Fun! We’re exctied to see him do more acting!

It’s just been announced that Sean Diddy Combs will be appearing in an upcoming episode of CBS’ Hawaii Five-O.

The role was a brand new monster for Diddy to tackle, as he hand to undergo weapons instruction and training with a Navy S.E.A.L. to prepare for the role. According to the press release, Diddy will be playing NYPD Detective Reggie Williams, who “hunts the streets of Honolulu for the men responsible for a crime against his family, but his one-man war for justice sets this fellow cop on a collision course with Five-0.”

Inneresting! Certainly out of his comfort zone.

Then again, he has always been bad ass!

Jersey Shore’s JWoww has admitted in the past that she’d love to strip down and show off her stuff for Playboy, but why has a $400,000 offer been turned down? Especially after her clothing line “Filthy Couture” tanked.

JWoww, real name Jenni Farley explained, “There is a better opportunity out there, which everybody will probably see soon,”
I’m having trouble trying to figure out what sort of better offer could pay more than $400,000 for a days work, but at least Playboy gets to save on their orange ink!

Katy was seen wearing a facial jewelry which is called Nath. The jewelry, which was hooked to the singer’s right ear, is usually worn by the Indian brides and will be taken off after the wedding, symbolizing the end of their virginity (really Katy?). Russell, in the meantime, went casual in his white T-shirt.

Beside Katy and Russell, a number of their family members also reportedly started arriving in India. Words on the street are Katy and Russell will swap vows this weekend, October 23 in a lavish ceremony held in the Rajasthan desert resort of Aman-i-Khas which is situated next to the Ranthambore national park. The couple reportedly rented the entire camp, which costs 600-a-night pound sterling for each tent, for the week.

I’m writing this letter to inform you that as of today–Friday, July 30, 2010–I will be leaving Radio Now. I began this incredible ride on January 26, 2008, and my world has since completely changed for the better.

It’s hard for me to believe that I’ve been here longer than Scotty Davis, and basically everybody except Rayne, but it’s true! I was provided a tremendous opportunity, and I definitely ran with it! I’ve been fortunate to meet and mingle with so many amazing people, from Jason DeRulo to Ke$ha to Nelly, and many more. But more importantly, I’ve made lifelong friends and found out a lot about who I am.

Whether it was at the Brickyard, or the Lady Gaga show, or Santa Slam, I have gotten to know many of you personally over the years, and I thank you very much for allowing me to entertain you for the past two-and-a-half years. It is the nature of our business for DJs to come and go, but the one constant is you. You, the listeners, are the reason all of us do what we do, and the reason why Radio Now 100.9 is so successful. Thank you for your support!

I’ll be taking my talents to Roanoke, Virginia, to become the new host of the night show at WJJS-FM beginning Monday, August 9th. If you’d like to keep up with what I’m doing, my Facebook and Twitter feeds will stay the same, and I’ll be visiting Indy as much as I can. This is not the end for me…only a new chapter!
