Snooki is upset with President Obama.

Why?

It certainly has nothing to do with foreign policy, health care reform or any other such important matters.

She doesn’t like that he’s, well, lying about her…

During his appearance on The View the other day, Obama said he didn’t know who Snooki was. However, in May, our commander in chief joked that Jersey Shore’s pint-sized firecracker, along with JWoww and The Situation, should be excluded from paying the new tanning tax.

“I know he knows who I am,” Snooki told me yesterday at the Television Critics Association convention at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. “Why did he have to lie and say he didn’t know me? He did say Snooki and JWoww about the tanning stuff and now he doesn’t know who I am? He has to stop lying.”

Looks like President Obama has his eyes set on winning a war against Lady Gaga…the battle to become the first living person with more than 10 million Facebook fans.  They’re both at just over 9 million with The Prez in the lead for NOW.  They’re both a few million behind Michael Jackson, who died a year ago this week, and holds the record for most fans for any person, living or dead.

Lady Gaga never knew what was coming when good ol’ pops surprised her with a pricey bubbly on a welcome-back party in New York City on Monday.

The pop/fashion icon headed to Big Apple strip along with her entourage, where she was caught offguard to find a bottle of champagne worth $700. The Laurent Perrier was a gift from her old man, Joseph Germanotta, who had purchased the bottle over the phone for his ‘Poker Face.’ Awww.

According to sources who spilled the beans to New York Post, The staff wouldn’t believe it was Lady G’s dad and even requested for his credit card number three times, before finally taking the order. Oh, did I forgot to mention that they looked him up in Google as well?

The ‘Bourne Supremacy’ actor pledged his allegiance to Obama’s campaign when he ran for the White House in 2008, and was ecstatic when the Democrat became the first African-American president of the U.S. in January last year.

But Damon feels Obama has not lived up to expectations, and is wary of the leader’s controversial healthcare plan, which aims to give poor Americans free medical treatment.

Damon tells the New York Daily News, “Politics is compromise. I’m disappointed in the healthcare plan and in the troop build-up in Afghanistan.

“Everyone feels a little let down because, on some level, people expected all their problems to go away. But real change comes from everyday people. You can’t wait for a leader.”

Mrs. Kardashian Odom went to Washington — and shook hands with the leader of the free world.

That’s right: Khloe Kardashian Odom escorted husband Lamar Odom to the White House on Monday. Odom’s Los Angeles Lakers were invited to visit to celebrate their 2009 NBA championship, and Kardashian, 25, went along for the historic day.

“Yay! Heading to DC to meet my baby!!!” Kardashian Tweeted Sunday afternoon.

Inside the White House, President Barack Obama posed for a photo with the entire team as Kobe Bryant presented him with an Lakers jersey (labeled “Obama #1).

Obama then moved on to shake hands with seated guests — including Bryant’s wife Vanessa Bryant and, Kardashian.

The basketball players and their dates then enjoyed a tour of the presidential grounds.

The reality star could barely contain her excitement after the big moment. “Such an amazing day!” Khloe Tweeted. “I just meet [sic] Obama with my husband! ”

Khloe’s big sister Kim might have the chance to hang with Obama as well — if her boyfriend Reggie Bush wins the Super Bowl with the New Orleans Saints, that is…but not bloody likely.  COLTS ALL THE WAY BABY!!!

Maybe if the Secret Service made a cash offer, those White House intruders would be more amenable to a sit-down.

While reality-TV wannabes Michaele and Tareq Salahi have apparently yet to meet with the feds to talk about crashing a state dinner and coming face to face with President Obama, they are looking for a big payday to tell their story.

The Secret Service tried to track the couple down on Friday to no avail; now the embarrassed agency is mum on whether investigators have managed to meet with the Salahis since.

One place the feds need not stake out is CNN HQ.

The couple, who were aiming for a slot on Bravo’s upcoming Real Housewives of D.C., had been scheduled for a gratis interview on CNN’s Larry King Live on Monday. But now they’ve scrapped that freebie and, according to the New York Times, are looking for something on the order of $100,000-plus to dish on their potentially criminal hijinks.

Now we’ll have to wait and see which network will break out the checkbook for the most notorious aspiring TV stars this side of the Balloon Brood.

The Salahis somehow finessed their way into Obama’s first state dinner on Tuesday night, managing to meet the first family and Vice President Joe Biden, and even posting pictures of their antics on a Facebook page.
