Lohan’s on-and-off girlfriend Kate Major called the Tampa police on Wednesday night, claiming he made a harassing call shortly after he was set free following a pre-trial hearing for domestic violence charges.

While the cops were at her condo, Lohan called yet again, violating Judge Walter Heinrich‘s order to leave Major alone.

The judge had warned Lohan, “If you even dream about [Major] and you violate my order, you will go to jail.”

Here’s where it gets even crazier.

When the police arrived at the Tampa motel where Lohan was staying, the often arrested dad of Lindsay Lohan tried to escape and jumped off a third-floor balcony, falling 34 feet to the ground.

He then attempted to hide behind some trees.

Following a short chase on foot, the police arrested Lohan and threw him back in jail.

But because of a foot injury from the jump, Lohan was then taken to a hospital.

Police believe booze and drugs were involved in the incident.

Lohan has had a long history of run-ins with Major.

Lindsay Lohan was reportedly shocked and upset when she heard that her father, Michael Lohan, signed up for the latest season of ‘Celebrity Rehab.’

TMZ reports that Lindsay told her friends that she was worried her father would embarrass the family on the show.

It is also reported that Michael never gave a heads-up to Lindsay, of his decision to do ‘Rehab,’ which upset the 24-year-old actress.

RadarOnline.com reports that Michael checked into ‘Celebrity Rehab’ to be treated for anger management issues and not for an addiction.

A source told Radar, “Michael is absolutely 100 percent sober. He hasn’t been using drugs or alcohol, but he is being treated for anger management issues. Michael has tremendous admiration for Dr. Drew, and was given this opportunity to better himself, and he took it.”

Anyway, Michael Lohan has reportedly commissioned another song to be written in his daughter’s honor. This time, the Lindsay Lohan-centric jam was written by Delious Kennedy, one of the members of the Grammy winning group All-4-One. Michael is calling the song a sort of response to Lindsay’s 2005 track Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father), adding that it’s about a “talented and beautiful young lady who has grown in our hearts, she is badgered by paparazzi, cut down by the media … She will wilt, but when she falls, I will always be there to pick her up and put her pedals back on.” Deep. Sounds like its going to be one hell of a ballad. Oh, wait…it’s not. Actually, Delious says the song, entitled My Rose, is a club track with a sick dance vibe. He admits that he laid down the track last week and that Michael “loved it.” From what we’re hearing so far about it, what’s not to love about it? So, now that your curiosity is piqued, allow us to leave you with this last taste of what’s to come: some lyrics straight from the song’s chorus! It goes a little something like this: “The girl is like a rose garden. She falls back, springs forth and grows stronger with thorns.” Wow. WOW. We’re just…wow! Thoughts?

Sometimes a heartfelt phone call or letter just won’t do — sometimes you need to hire an R&B singer to write a dance song for your estranged daughter while she’s in rehab. That’s how things work in the Lohan family.

Michael Lohan tells TMZ he has commissioned Delious Kennedy, one of the members of the Grammy winning group All-4-One, to write and perform a track dedicated to Lindsay.

I’m guessing Dina Lohan will cook her turkey with the steam blasting from her ears.

“After serious thought and conversation last night, with someone who means alot [sic]to me. I am making this statement and fully intend on living by it.

Because of the spotlight and scrutiny we have been under, as well as my own “pride,” which has caused pain to my mother, (deceased father), brother, sisters and their sibling[s], I realize how my statements and actions have had a ripple effect on all of them. If it was me alone, it would be one thing, but I’m not. The things I have said and done, have cased hurt , pain and embarrassment for all of them.

That being said, I make this statement in humble supplication. And NO MATTER what accusations, lies or conjecture are disseminated to the public, about me, for the sake of the ones I love and with hope of creating peace, I WILL NOT respond , in ANY way, to what is said or done, to me.

MY family’s health and well being matters too much.

For the sake of those I offended, I apologize and ask their forgiveness. But even if they can’t find it in their heart to forgive, like I forgive them. I KNOW that God will have the last word and defend me in His own way.

Ok…seriously, lets throw some bets down. How long do you think this is going to last? I’m gonna say 3-5 days.

Now, new reports by TMZ state that Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan’s father, physically assaulted his girlfriend, Kate Major, before leaving their residence to attend Lindsay’s sentencing. Kate Major states that the attack occurred on Monday, July 19, 2010 at approximately 2:00 p.m.

The report states that Kate Major filed a report with the Southampton Town Police in New York stating that before Michael left New York to catch his flight to Los Angeles the two had an argument. TMZ reports that Michael Lohan allegedly shoved Kate Major, causing her to injure her shoulder. The report also states that Kate was on the ground and Michael Lohan kicked her in the face.

TMZ contacted Michael Lohan who admitted to the fight and said the two argued regarding a new TV show but that he did not physically assault her. TMZ reports that he said Kate Major is making up the stories regarding physical abuse.

According to the report, Kate Major sought medical attention at a local hospital and her injuries were documented.

Lindsay Lohan has been in the news a lot recently–and certainly NOT for any work she’s been doing. I mean, unless you call topless photos in about 6 different magazines work…I just call it Wednesday…

“When my father was going public, that’s when I hit rock bottom. I abused substances too much and it wasn’t the answer to my problems. People need to know that,” she says of the time in 2007 when Michael Lohan started talking to the press about his daughter’s problems.

“I tried to mask my problems with alcohol, cocaine and mind-altering substances. Now, I’m in a place where I don’t need to use anything and I can feel emotions because I choose to,” she adds.

Lindsay also  speaks candidly about her cocaine use. “It’s not something I ever want to do again. It made me feel like s***. It became uninteresting to me. I’m hyper anyway and I have that kind of personality, so I don’t need something like that.”

Lindsay’s daddy, Michael Lohan demanded $100,000 for his story and secret recordings of daughter Lindsay and wife Dina. Sources are saying he’s
been shopping his tapes around TV networks but was turned down, and now has struck a deal with RadarOnline.com to reveal the tapes for free, followed by a paid interview…of course!

I love how he always claims he’s such a caring father. I bet he is, especially when Lindsay’s spilling her guts and he’s like, “Could you lean closer honey, my hidden microphone didn’t pick up that last part!”
