The former model alleged to have slashed open Leonardo DiCaprio’s face at a house party flew with law enforcement officials from Canada to Los Angeles, where she will finally face trial, according to a report.

Aretha Wilson reportedly hit DiCaprio in the face with a drinking glass in 2005 when the two were at Paris Hilton ex Rick Salomon’s Hollywood Hills home.

The actor suffered deep cuts requiring stitches, and Wilson was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

Then she fled the country.

According to TMZ, Wilson was finally extradited on Thursday, and is now in custody awaiting trial.

Ellen DeGeneres is leaving ‘American Idol,’ it was announced Thursday. And possibly replacing her? Jenny from the Block aka Jennifer Lopez.

DeGeneres, who replaced Paula Abdul last season as the fourth judge, admitted she wasn’t a good “fit” for the singing competition and has decided she won’t return for Season 10 when it premieres in January.

In a statement issued by Fox, DeGeneres explained her decision to bow out:

“A couple months ago, I let Fox and the ‘American Idol’ producers know that this didn’t feel like the right fit for me,” said DeGeneres. “I told them I wouldn’t leave them in a bind and that I would hold off on doing anything until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next. It was a difficult decision to make, but my work schedule became more than I bargained for. I also realized this season that while I love discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent, it was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings. I loved the experience working on ‘Idol’ and I am very grateful for the year I had. I am a huge fan of the show and will continue to be.”

Fox’s missive had barely hit email in-boxes when Deadline.com reported that earlier this week J.Lo had reportedly – and very quietly – inked a deal to replace Ellen. With that pact made, the path was cleared for DeGeneres’ departure to be announced.

Gossip Cop meanwhile hears that Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler also might claim a chair at the judges’ table.

Fox is in lockdown mode beyond confirming DeGeneres’ exit.

The troubled ‘Idol’ is said to be undergoing “a massive overhaul,” which includes the reported return of former producer Nigel Lythgoe (’So You Think You Can Dance‘). There are rumors that Kara DioGuardi, who, like Ellen, got a mixed reception from fans, may also be out, according to Variety.

“We love Ellen and understand and support her decision to bow out of ‘Idol,’” said Peter Rice, Chairman of Entertainment, Fox Networks Group. “We were fortunate to receive the humor, energy and love for talent that she brought to the show.”

NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN nude photos of Angelina Jolie – and pictures taken of the film beauty during an alleged 14-hour heroin binge – appeared overnight in a US gossip magazine.

Star magazine published the photos, taken from an unauthorised biography by Andrew Morton which is due for release next month.

One photo shows Jolie with black tape over her nipples, a dog leash around her neck and a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. A black and white shot taken from behind shows her on a bed wearing just a G-string and cowboy hat. Another shows her blindfolded.

Other photos show her during a marathon heroin-smoking bender, according to the Morton book.

The risque pictures were said to be from 1999 – before Jolie became a doting mother of six children.

She has admitted to using drugs in the past, reportedly once saying, “I hate heroin because I’ve been fascinated with it. I’m not immune, but I won’t do it now, at all.”

Jolie, 35, and partner Brad Pitt, 46, are parents of three biological children – Shiloh, four, and twins Knox and Vivienne, two – plus three adopted children: Maddox, nine, Pax, six, and Zahara, five.

Before settling down with children Jolie was known for her scandalous behaviour. She attended her first wedding – to British actor Jonny Lee Miller, in 1996 – in black rubber pants and a white shirt, on which she had written the groom’s name in her blood.

After their divorce in 1999 she married Billy Bob Thornton in 2000 and they famously wore each other’s blood in vials around their necks. But since divorcing Thorton in 2003 and adopting Maddox in 2002 she has softened her image.

The book which features the startling photos makes a host of shocking claims about the actress’ past and her relationship with Pitt.

In Touch is fixated on breasts.

Specifically, those belonging to 17-year-old Miley Cyrus.

“She’s not even old enough to vote,” says the tabloid, “But Miley Cyrus wants breast implants.”

Oh, really?

A “friend” tells In Touch the teen superstar is “hoping to go under the knife” for augmentation before her 18th birthday in November, claiming that Cyrus has already visited a prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon for consultation.

“Miley wants curves,” says the mag’s source. “She’s mature for her age and doesn’t want to wait a few months until she can have the surgery without her parents’ permission.”

If anyone’s impatient, it’s the gang at In Touch, who didn’t bother to look into their source’s claim.

“It’s absurd,” a source close to Cyrus tells Gossip Cop. “Miley has never even considered it. She’s always been very comfortable in her own skin.”

I sincerely hope this is 100% gossip. She has a very big following and decisions like this in the public could really cause problem for the Parents that let TV and Celebrities raise their children. Between teen pregnancy and Low Self Esteem issues its hard enough to keep these kids under control now!

Lythgoe left “Idol” in 2008 to focus on “So You Think You Can Dance.” In April, he told the press he thought “Idol” had become too much about the judges and not enough about the music, which prompted rumors that all the judges would be replaced by less famous names if Lythgoe returned.

Ellen DeGeneres, however, has a multiyear contract, and Randy Jackson is signed with “Idol” through 2011. DioGuardi was the only one who had a year-to-year contract with the show, and as of yet, she hasn’t signed one for this season. However, in late July, DioGuardi said she was “ready to find new talent and great talent” on the upcoming season of “Idol,” which will be its 10th.

DioGuardi may not get the chance to do so. If there are four judges, and Lythgoe does return, show creator Simon Fuller may want a bigger name in the fourth judge’s seat. Names being thrown around include Justin Timberlake, Elton John and Bret Michaels.

A Latin Grammy-winning singer-songwriter and record producer, DioGuardi joined “Idol” in 2008 as a fourth judge. She’s currently also Executive Vice President of Talent Development at Warner Bros. Records.

The rapper reached out to Elton, who he performed with at the 2001 Grammy Awards, and asked the British rocker to unofficially counsel him as he attempted to get clean after a four year hell of painkiller abuse.

The hip-hop star felt Elton’s past battles to kick his drug habit would serve as lessons for him – and he was right. So much so that he still looks forward to his pal’s weekly chats.

He tells Spin magazine, “Elton John calls me once a week. He used to tell me stuff like, ‘You’re going to start seeing certain things you’ve been overlooking’. And it came true.

“I’d walk around like, ‘Damn, that tree does look crazy, look at all those leaves!’ Things I didn’t notice when I was f**ked up.”

We already know Kim Kardashian’s feelings on cosmetic surgery (recap: no on the knife and Botox stinks). So you can imagine her reaction when a fan takes to Twitter to talk about getting a full body surgery to look just like the E! star.

“I’m getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won’t leave me. He worships her,” went the tweet. To which Kardashian replied: “NO.”

And our girl doesn’t stop there.

The investigation into Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack’s deaths is now being handled by the Department of Public Health, TMZ has learned … and it’s all because of mold found in their home.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the issue of mold in the house came up early during the investigation into Brittany’s death — but it was deemed “not to be a contributing factor.”

Then when Simon passed away a few months later, we’re told the issue came up again — but Brittany’s mom, Sharon, wouldn’t let the L.A. County Coroner’s Office in to investigate the mold. Now, we’re told, Sharon has agreed to let Public Health investigators into the home.

Mold could be relevant to Simon and Brittany’s respiratory health. Pneumonia was a cause of death for both of them.

Free Lindsay Lohan as soon as possible– that’s the plan. RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Lindsay has had two days shaved off of her sentence.

That means the 24-year-old actress will be leaving Lynwood Correctional Facility in late July – even earlier than expected after her 90-day sentence was shortened.

RadarOnline.com learned exclusively that the judge agreed to grant Lindsay two days credit for time she was previously in custody. Lindsay’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley submitted the paperwork showing that she was entitled to the two days credit.

What’s more, Team Lindsay is hoping that because of jail overcrowding she can get out of Lynwood EVEN EARLIER.

Lindsay was expected to be released around August 1 or August 2, which means she would have served 14 days of her 90-day sentence. But now she’ll be free in July.

Another source tells RadarOnline.com that Lindsay’s team is working on pushing her release date even sooner. There is hope the actress could even be released this weekend!

“Lindsay’s team is doing everything they can to get her out of jail this weekend,” a source inside Lohan’s camp told RadarOnline.com.

Will they succeed? No guarantee but they are trying everything they can think of, said the source.
