The FDA believes these products may have been contaminated by salmonella. If the products contain a “Best by” 2011 stamp, they may be at risk.

The Pringles recall is related to other recent recalls involving salmonella, which involve Basic Food Flavors, Inc. An onion soup recall took place last week.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled products should discard the product and call Procter & Gamble at 1-877-876-7881 for a replacement coupon or refund.

The FDA has identified 94 products in all that use HVP seasoning from Basic Food Flavors and more recalls could be on the way.

Lindsay Lohan is suing the financial company E-Trade, insisting that a boyfriend-stealing, “milkaholic” baby in its latest commercial — who happens to be named Lindsay — was modeled after her. And she wants $100 million for her pain and suffering, The Post has learned.

The actress filed a lawsuit yesterday in Nassau County Supreme Court over the commercial that debuted during the Super Bowl this year.

The ad — part of a series starring babies who play the stock market — features a boy apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before.

“And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl asks him suspiciously.

“Lindsay?” the boy replies, just before a baby girl sticks her head into the frame and slurs, “Milk-a-what?”

Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.

“Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit,” Ovadia said.

“They used the name Lindsay,” Ovadia said. “They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”

Ovadia wants an injunction to force the spot off the air, and the Lindsay camp wants every last copy of the commercial.

Chris Brown, a spokesman for Grey Group, which produced the spot, is throwing cold milk on the controversy, saying it “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”

Ovadia said E-Trade has violated Lohan’s rights under New York state civil-rights law and used her “name and characterization” in business without paying her or getting her approval.

The lawyer said that since the spot was seen by hundreds of millions of people watching the Super Bowl and Winter Olympics finals, the firm has garnered great profits.

She says Lohan is owed $50 million in exemplary damages, plus another $50 million in compensatory damages.

E-Trade could not be reached for comment.

The judge asked Wayne before sentencing if he wanted to make a statement but Lil just shook his head no.

After he was sentenced, Lil Wayne was cuffed, turned to his fans in the courtroom and bowed his head.

Lil Wayne also asked for special medical attention while in the pokey because of his dental problems.

Lil Wayne’s mentor, Birdman, was in court to bid him farewell.

This is the fourth time Wayne was supposed to be sentenced. The first time was postponed because of dental surgery and the second and third times were because of a fire in the courthouse.

In January, she wrote: “Does anyone know where I can find a very discrete hitman? Yes, it’s been that kind of day…” Then in February: “had a good day today. DIDN’T want to kill even one student. . Now Friday was a different story.”

Gadsden says she posted the comments in jest, on a profile she thought could only be seen by friends and family. She says officials were notified of the posts by a student — even though she says she had no students in her “friend” list.

“I was just having a bad day, and I was venting to family and friends,” says Gadsden, who says she didn’t realize her comments could be read by the public after Facebook relaxed its privacy standards in December. “My friends and family knew I was being facetious. They knew I wasn’t targeting anyone.”

Nevertheless, university officials were unhappy about the allusions to violence in the posts, she says, and in a meeting with her even mentioned the recent shooting spree by a disgruntled biologist at the University Alabama-Huntsville.

“Given the climate of security concerns in academia, the university has an obligation to take all threats seriously and act accordingly,” Marilyn Wells, ESU’s interim provost and vice president for academic affairs told The Chronicle of Education last week. Wells and other university officials did not return calls from ABC News seeking comment.

Workers have been getting in trouble often over their online vents. Not only do employers want to control their online image as closely as they can, but they are also vulnerable, like anybody else, to hurt pride.

“When you badmouth your boss and the boss is hearing, whether you’re doing it online or at the coffee maker, the boss isn’t going to be happy,” says Jonathan Ezor, assistant professor of Law and Technology at Touro Law Center in Huntington, N.Y. “The fact that it’s online makes it more easily findable and have a broader potential impact.”

Rumors of a live show first began after Conan was booted from the ‘Tonight Show’ in January in favor of its previous host, Jay Leno. The funnyman left the network with a multi-million dollar settlement that will reportedly keep him off the TV airwaves until September.

An official statement on today’s story has yet to be released. In the meantime, we’ll wait to hear from Conan’s Twitter — which is where he will officially announce his tour dates next week, according to a source for E! Online.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault by a young woman in Georgia, TMZ has learned.

The alleged incident occurred early this morning at Capital City — a club in Milledgeville, Georgia.

According to law enforcement sources, the alleged victim — who has already been interviewed by police — was treated at a local hospital and released.

We’re told in addition to the alleged victim, witnesses are being interviewed — and one law enforcement source says they will attempt to interview Roethlisberger.

In addition to the Milledgeville Police Dept, we’ve learned the Georgia Bureau of Investigations is also investigating.

As we previously reported, Roethlisberger is being sued by a Reno woman, Andrea McNulty, who claims the QB sexually assaulted her in 2008.

UPDATE: We’re told Ben Roethlisberger has already been interviewed by police. We’re also told no formal charges have been filed at this point.

UPDATE 3:30 PM EST: A rep from the Steelers tells TMZ, “We are gathering information on this incident – until then we have no further comment.”
