A former stage manager for NBC's "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" sues

A former stage manager for NBC’s “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” says Fallon preferred working with women over men.  Paul Tarascio is suing the late night talk show host and NBC Universal for gender bias.  According to court papers obtained by TMZ.com, Tarascio says he and other male staffers were replaced by women, he describes as “incompetent,” at Jimmy’s request.  Tarascio also says Fallon’s director, David Diomedi, told him that “Jimmy just prefers to take direction from a woman.”  He also claims Diomedi “knowingly fabricated performance issues” about him that cost him his job.  Tarascio is suing for punitive damages and lost wages.  Fallon and NBC Universal have yet to respond to the lawsuit.
