INDIANAPOLIS (CBS/AP) Jane’s Addiction and The Roots will headline the third Rock & Roll Super Bowl Fan Tailgate Party on Feb. 5 in Indianapolis. Rolling Stone magazine, which is sponsoring the event, announced the acts Thursday. Music begins at 1 p.m., a little more than five hours before the Super Bowl kickoff. The venue is just blocks from the stadium.
