Beyonce reached the ripe old age of 29 this past weekend and with this additional year added to her life she also gained a 12.5 acre island 2.5 miles off the shore of Florida. Jay-Z out of pocketed $20,000,000 for this island described as a “tropical paradise”. No other details are available as far as housing on the island goes but how do you top that as far as giving gifts goes?
