Halle Berry originally filed for divorce using fake names, but when her soon-to-be ex-husband let the cat out of the bag by filing with their real names, Halle decided to then refile with her real name. We guess we can sort of see why things didn’t work out.

As you can imagine, the media has been eating this story up – it’s no surprise that two days after Halle and Olivier went public with their conscious uncoupling, alleged details about their divorce proceedings and what led to the split have already surfaced.

Sources say both high-profile actors have “major tempers,” telling Us:It was non-stop fighting towards the end. Two very hot-headed people. Lots of screaming and fighting. It was really bad. They both have major tempers and were locking heads constantly. It’s going to be a very bitter divorce.”’

But if you let TMZ tell it, a bitter divorce is the exact opposite of how their bad romance will end. The site reports that Olivier will not fight for sole custody of their 2-year-old son Maceo, as he does not want to go through the “savagery he witnessed between Halle and Gabriel Aubry.”

From TMZ:

We’re told Olivier was horrified by the bitterness between Halle and Gabriel, and the toll it took on their daughter Nahla. He’s satisfied with joint custody of their 2-year-old son, Maceo, and we’re told Halle is also down with that. We’re also told Olivier has no intention of moving to France and starting a Kelly Rutherford/Daniel Giersch type international war.

It’s lucky for Halle, because she wanted to move Nahla to France, and tried unsuccessfully to convince a judge it was a better place to raise kids than the U.S.
